Our Rebel Brownies are; high in protein, high in fibre, gluten free, free from refined sugars or carbohydrates, contain no weird chemicals and have low natural sugars per brownie! you will be left wondering how they taste so good!
Now, lets talk chocolate goo, if like us, you are a sucker for a bit of molten chocolate goo! then pop your brownie in a pre heated oven for 1-2 mins or the microwave for 10/15 seconds and you will not be disappointed!!

The Rebel Brownies need to be kept cool and will keep stored in the fridge in a sealed container for 1 week, they are also suitable for home freezing.
Fully defrost before eating unlike our rebellionaires and shortbread bars which are good to go straight from the freezer.
For the creation of brownie goo pop your brownie in a pre heated oven for 1-2 mins or the microwave for 10/15 seconds and you will not be disappointed!! Don't microwave much more than this as they will quickly harden! the oven is definitely the safer bet.
